Your BFF Club bundle will be prepped and begin shipping on the 10th of each month (or the next business day if falls on weekends or holidays). You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the label is printed. Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking information on their website.
While we are owned by the same company that ships The Minifig Club, this is a different subscription club with LEGO Friends instead of the traditional Minifigures. If you’re interested in The Minifig Club, click here to check out their plans!
Yes. All of our plans are auto-recurring unless cancelled. Cancellation is as easy as sending us an email! [email protected] Be sure to request any cancellations BEFORE your plan renews.
You must sign up before the end of the month in order to receive the next month’s bundle. After that, all monthly members’ billing dates are moved to the 15th of the month. (This will go into effect after your first bundle has shipped)
Cancellations can be made any time, but please email us before you are billed for the next period. If you subscribe to a 12-month plan, your cancellation will take effect prior to your next renewal, and you’ll still get the remaining bundles that you’ve paid for on your plan.

Since small pieces are included, LEGO Friends and accessories are recommended for anyone ages 4 and up! If there’s one thing we’re learned, it’s that here’s no age limit when you’re a LEGO fan. 🙂
Changes to your account (i.e. cancellations, address changes, etc.) are to be made NO LATER THAN the 1st of each month to allow enough time to make changes to your shipping label. Any changes requested after the 1st may not go into effect until the next month.
If you haven’t received your tracking information by the 12th, contact us and we’ll make sure your package is on its way. If your box is lost in transit or is not showing any updates 48 hours after receiving the tracking information, please contact us at [email protected]
